EXTRAVIRGIN OLIVE OIL


This olive oil is a careful blend of our Moraiolo, Leccino, Frantoio and Rajo olive varieties. A gold-flecked green, it offers rich aromas redolent of fresh olive, then a full-volumed palate that is delicately peppery and subtly bitterish. Its distinctive qualities and low acidity are the fruit of cold-pressing and carefully processing hand-picked olives.
