Malvasia Umbria IGT is an ancient clone of Malvasia with unique characteristics that we preserve in our vineyards. This wine is the most authentic and respectful interpretation of our winemaking tradition. It’s a bold white with a bouquet of candied citrus, wild flowers and aromatic herbs, smooth and with a long and savory finsh. Pairs well with savory foods such as chicken or lamb with herbs, charcuterie or truffle-based dishes. Intriguing with Indian or Thai food. .
