Ciliegiolo Rosato Umbria IGT


Made from spontaneous fermentation off the skins of organic Ciliegiolo grapes from a young vineyard planted by recovering the ancient clones of this native variety. It’s a crisp rosé wine in which savory notes and acidity form the texture of a pleasant bouquet of small red fruits and wild herbs. Perfect with fish-based dishes, such as risotto or fried fish, soft cheeses, white meats and pizza.
Enjoy it at 12-13°C
